Quality Standards

Our hiring and training process is set up to ensure that all of our staff:

  • Have the necessary experience to meet the needs of our clients. A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Have received all the proper credentials and licenses in order to begin working with our clients as soon as possible.
  • Have had their backgrounds, references, and credentials examined and found to be satisfactory.
Training

Premier Home Care provides all our staff with professional, comprehensive training to ensure the absolute best care possible. The role you have at PHC will determine the training program you will go through as a member of our team. Product knowledge, industry knowledge, system knowledge and most importantly, your understanding of the quality of care we provide to each of our customers will guide you through a rewarding career with Premier Home Care.

A four day orientation program is held for all new team members each month. Orientation is held at the corporate office in Louisville, Ky. Premier Home Care will pay for food and lodging for all out of town employees during orientation. Company orientation is a great time to get acquainted with other members of our team. You will gain a knowledge of our history and the family of services we offer. We will take each new team member through the Premier process of providing quality care and products to the customers we serve. New employees will be tested throughout orientation to ensure the quality and knowledge of our new staff.
