The Premier Home Care Breathe Healthy Program is designed for those individuals with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Oftentimes when following up with our current respiratory patients we are able to identify other possible needs pertinent to that individual’s health concerns. Physicians may also want to utilize the program for newly diagnosed pulmonary patients in order to better access their home care needs.
