About Premier Rehabilitation

Premier Home Care founded the Premier Rehabilitation Division in 2010, which began as a single outpatient orthopedic clinic in Richmond, Kentucky.  Since then, Premier rehabilitation services have expanded to include providing physical and occupational therapy in the home, as well as executing our first rehabilitation services management contract.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality, personal care in the most effective and efficient manner to enhance the function and quality of life of individuals.  When people come to us for help, our number one goal is ensure that each person has a positive experience with our therapy services.

Clinical expertise/interests: Orthopedics and sports medicine, rehab of the shoulder and knee, treatment of neck and back pain; Certified Sportsmetrics Clinician – knee injury prevention; geriatrics fall risk assessment, treatment, and prevention.
Education: Graduate of the Physical Therapy Program, University of Kentucky, 1995.
Personal: Married with two children; he enjoys exercising, playing golf, and spending time outdoors.

Personal:  Married for 25 years, has a 22 year-old son who is pursuing a law degree; she enjoys walking, cooking, and spending time with family.
